Baseball - Boys Varsity

The 2016 baseball team continued its quality play led by a strong group of seniors. The team finished the season with a 21-5 record pushing this senior class' record to 61-15 over the last three years.  For the third year in a row, Perkiomen baseball ranked in the top 10 of teams in Southeastern Pennsylvania by the Philadelphia Inquirer, and also beat Barrack in the Tri-County League championship.  This is the 22nd consecutive league championship title playing in the Keystone conference and now the Tri-County.  They lost the state semi-finals in nine innings to Haverford School, the eventual state champions.

Thirteen players have graduated over the last two years and, with one exception, have all gone on to play college baseball.  Only one senior is a returning starter; this group of players will need to forge their own identity.  So, this year brings a new look after graduating seven quality senior players.  The team will be very young, with only one senior starter returning, but our expectations do not change.  We look forward to continuing our TCL dominance and our challenging presence in the state tournament.  Our players will make up for their inexperience with adherence to our core values - Passion, Excellence, Relentless, Kaizen.  The success we have had over the years has come from our strong work ethic and willingness to play together as a team.

If You're Not Going Forward..... You're Going Backward
