While he was a student, Max '23, who graduated with AI Distinction, and is now in the Honors College at University of South Carolina, collaborated with the Homelessness Taskforce of the Boyertown Area Multi-Service to create an online program to spread awareness of social programs for low-income populations in his hometown. 

Now studying film at the University of Southern California, Paige '24 centered her Design Institute Capstone Project around creating a short film. Utilizing the five stages of design thinking, her film, "Over the Hill" incorporated direct feedback from the student population to cover the topic of body image in teenage girls. From researching ideas and revising scripts to planning production, filming, and editing, Paige experienced every stage of bringing a story to life. "It was great preparation for the work I'm now doing at USC," says Paige.

After independently forming their own 501(c)3s while at Perkiomen, Nic ’18 and Morgan ’24 connected to earn a $120,000 Google grant for Morgan’s Magical Ears. Nic’s non-profit, Nic Nac Charities, is dedicated to eliminating the digital divide. He graduated from Penn State in 2022 with majors in Political Science and Social Data Analytics. Morgan is now enrolled at Newmann University. 

Serena '21 is enrolled at Drexel University in the BS/MHS Physician Assistant Bridge Program. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences in June 2025 and is on track to graduate from the Physician Assistant program in December 2026. "Throughout both my undergraduate and graduate programs, research has emerged repeatedly as a foundational component of my studies," Serena shares. "As I begin the early stages of my graduate project in PA school, I already recognize how beneficial this early exposure has been, providing me with practical strategies, confidence, and a strong framework for navigating graduate-level research."
