Database Administrator and Prospect Research Analyst
The Database Administrator and Prospect Research Analyst reports to the Office Manager. The finalist will be accountable for:
- Basic prospect research and wealth screening
- Providing data solutions to our fundraising teams
- Maintaining, developing, and extracting data from our donor relationship and fundraising database
- Analyzing and reporting data - looking for trends and important donor segments to guide the office’s fundraising strategies
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with fundraising team to provide augmented prospect profiles informed by research and online wealth screenings; and to develop data segmentation strategies with outcomes of revenue generation, and membership growth
- Manage all aspects of donor information systems (Senior Systems and Donor Search) including data integrity, updates and corrections
- Work with IT to develop and maintain security, including user data access, data use and storage, and security for vendor file exchanges
- Strategizes and manages implementation of data enrichment services, determining the best use of Senior System features to accomplish the goals of school’s fundraising office
- Create and document new data procedures and protocols; develop, document, and distribute fundraising performance and data analytics
- Perform routine monitoring and testing of data populations to maintain data integrity; work with data entry and member services teams to ensure accurate data integrity
- Analyze, query, and extract donor and fundraising campaign data; execute a variety of data management operations (e.g., query writing, export layouts and reports, mail and email files, and data segmentation) in the Senior System database
- Identify data and database training needs and opportunities for internal teams
- Manages vendor relationships to support development operations, including charitable registration compliance
- Interface with vendors to establish accurate file exchanges, share information, and address data and systems problems
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Familiarity with, and support of Perkiomen School’s educational mission and objectives
- Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of constituencies, both inside and outside the School
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Experience with using metrics to establish goals and measure results
- 5+ years of database management operations experience in fundraising office with high standards for accuracy; experience with Senior Systems database preferred
- Research experience and use of wealth screening services preferred
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google/Gmail, and other applications
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
- Works in an environment dealing with deadlines
- May work at a desk and computer for extended periods of time
- Be able to occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.
- Work primarily in a traditional climate controlled office environment

Position Summary:
Perkiomen School seeks self-motivated, hardworking, punctual individual to join our Safety & Security team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Patrol school grounds assuring the safety of all students, faculty, staff, and property
- Work Fridays and Saturdays, 10 pm to 6 am
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- 18 yrs of age or older
- Must pass all background checks (PA criminal History check, PA child abuse clearance, FBI Fingerprints)
