2024-2025 Boarding Student Arrival

We are excited to welcome students on campus at the end of the summer. Below are some important dates and information as families finalize plans. Please fill out the Arrival Form below so we can greet your student when they arrive. 

Boarding Student Arrival Form

All boarding students, regardless of how they will arrive on campus, are asked to complete the Boarding Student Arrival Form below by August 1, 2024. Please direct questions about arrival or the form to studentlife@perkiomen.org. 

School Arranged Transportation

If students do not have family in the area to provide transportation to and from one of the three international airports (PHL, EWR, JFK), we recommend that the school arrange safe and reliable transportation with a trusted company. The school will pay the company in advance and invoice the family for the total cost. When possible, the school will arrange for small groups of students to share the transportation to reduce the cost to each family. A single drop-off or pick-up will cost approximately $250 - $350 (PHL & EWR) or approximately $485 (JFK), depending on the airport. 

Parent/Guardian Arranged Transportation

We have added an option for families to arrange transportation to the airport, train station, etc. The Office of Student Life will still be happy to arrange transportation with a safe and reliable company that Perkiomen has utilized for many years. However, with rising costs, families may be interested in an alternative. Please know the decision to use an alternative option rest exclusively with each family. Parents are strongly encouraged to review these services' operating policies and safety records before student use. Perkiomen School has no relationship or program with any ridesharing services and will not screen, monitor, or otherwise review or assess the safety of any ridesharing service, driver, or vehicle.
