Nicole Meehan joins the Perkiomen School as an Admissions Director. She also serves as the head coach for the Panthers Girls Lacrosse Team.

Coach Meehan comes to Perkiomen after spending five seasons as the head women’s lacrosse coach at Shippensburg University. She has coached 13 Division II Academic Honor Roll student athletes, nine All-Conference players, one two-time All-Region player, as well as the PSAC Athlete of the Year in 2021. This progress on the field was made while her student athletes improved the program’s 2.9 GPA in 2016 to a 3.6 GPA at the end of the 2020 fall semester. Coach Meehan also served as an assistant coach at York College of Pennsylvania, gaining invaluable experience coaching a perennial Top 10 Division III program. With a master’s degree in sports management and a minor in athletic administration from California University of Pennsylvania, Coach Meehan also holds a bachelor’s degree in public health from East Stroudsburg University. As a player at ESU, Nicole was a four-year letter winner, received All PSAC 1st Team honors two years in a row, and was voted MVP of the team during her senior campaign.

Speaking on her excitement for the season:

“I am very excited to be joining the Perkiomen family, I am looking forward to taking the girls under my wing as we walk through this journey together.”
